Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a full-service or production kitchen.
• Capable of large-volume food production.
• Must complete food handlers' card training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food under the direction of the Sous Chef or Cook 4.
• Clean, stock, and maintain kitchen and service areas.
• Manage inventory and supervise kitchen personnel.
