Job summary

Encanterra Country Club in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Cook 3 for its Food & Beverage team. This full-time role pays $21–$23 per hour with a $250 new-hire sign-on bonus after 90 days and benefits beginning after 60 days of full-time employment.

The Cook 3 reports to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef and will master all kitchen stations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading safety rules and operating procedures is expected.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Master all kitchen stations.
• Maintain superior service standards for guests and staff.
• Respond quickly to guest issues and resolve challenges.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule to stay sanitary.
• Read and execute recipes accurately.
• Prepare ingredients and cook soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces and meats.
