Job summary

Encanterra Country Club is seeking a Cook 4 to join the Food & Beverage team in Queen Creek. This hourly full-time role involves food preparation, cooking, and serving under the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ cooking experience in commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.

Responsibilities

• Master all kitchen stations, including plating and expeditor.
• Lead kitchen staff, train new hires, and cross-train.
• Plate and present dishes; monitor ticket times and quality.
• Assist in developing daily specials and maintain service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary kitchen standards.
• Follow recipes and ensure correct temperatures and techniques.
