Job summary

Quintero Golf Club in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join Troon’s team. Pay rate is $19.00-$22.00 per hour (BOE). You will learn and uphold food production standards, expedite orders, and support banquet functions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Minimum qualifications include an Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience. Serv Safe certification is preferred. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checks and dates all deliveries received and reports variances to the chef in charge.
