SVR Management II LLC is seeking a Cook 3 to prepare all food items according to standardized recipes and resort standards. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, safety, and waste control in the kitchen and work areas, while supporting other kitchen positions as needed.
Essential functions include adhering to the service culture, participating in trainings, and ensuring mise en place for service. Applicants must have culinary experience and California Food Handlers Certification as required
Salary Range - $17.50 - $20.00/hour. Cook 3 is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes. The individual is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing production.
