Reflections Retirement Community in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Full Time Dietary Services Aide on 2nd shift. The role involves preparing diverse menus that meet dietary preferences and restrictions, while maintaining safe, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
