Qualifications

• Two years cooking experience in large-scale food service with at least 6 months directing others.
• Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 14 days of employment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items, special menus, and catering offerings.
• Collaborate to develop new menu items seasonally and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Establish production par levels, manage batch cooking, and oversee a la carte production during peak/off-peak hours.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of food, ensure cleanliness and safety, and document required records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
