Cook / Kitchen Responsibilities:

1. Prepare all menu classics such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following recipes and quality standards.
2. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients while maintaining sanitation and quality.
3. Keep your station clean and organized, contributing to a lively and efficient kitchen environment.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests efficiently and courteously.
5. Operate with a sense of urgency to serve customers quickly, especially during busy times.
6. Monitor food levels and portion control throughout your shift, enhancing your culinary knowledge.

The pay rate for this role is $16 per hour, with additional pay for specific conditions:

• $2/hour extra for hours worked after 11pm
• $2/hour extra for work in temperatures below 33°F
• $3/hour extra for holiday shifts*
