Cook / Kitchen responsibilities include:

1. Prepare and cook menu items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following established recipes and quality standards.
2. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients, maintaining sanitation and quality.
3. Maintain a clean and organized station, contributing to a positive team environment.
4. Collaborate with team members to serve guests efficiently and effectively.
5. Work with urgency to manage long lines and ensure timely service.
6. Monitor food portions and levels throughout your shift, ensuring consistency and quality.

The pay rate for this role is $16 per hour, with additional pay for certain conditions:

• $2/hour extra after 11pm
• $2/hour extra when working outdoors in temperatures below 33°F
• $3/hour extra for holiday shifts*
