Cook / Kitchen responsibilities include:

1. Prepare all menu classics such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, ensuring quality and presentation.
2. Follow recipes and uphold standards for sanitation and quality when preparing vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.
3. Maintain a clean and organized station, contributing to a fun and efficient work environment.
4. Collaborate with team members to serve guests effectively and support team goals.
5. Work with urgency to handle long lines efficiently.
6. Monitor food levels and control portions to ensure consistency and quality.

• $2/hour extra for hours after 11pm and for working in temperatures below 33°F, and $3/hour for holiday shifts*
