May involve cooking in public and interacting with clients.# **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Prepare menu items from posted production lists2. Cook and present menu items to specification3. Adhere to food and work safety procedures and keep organized work area4. Lead small groups to execute event foods5. Work club concession stands and action stations as needed6. Some roles may require strict confidentiality7.
