Job Summary: Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to order while adhering to all quality and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Cook food to order while adhering to quality and portion controls.
2. Prepare food for station, according to standardized recipes.
3. Follow production sheets to ensure adequate stock of food items on assigned station.
4. Communicate with coworkers to ensure food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
5. Comply with all safety and sanitation standards set by both Levy and the Health Department.
6. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Follow HACCP Guidelines to ensure safety of food.
9. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Minimum 1+ years cooking experience in full-service restaurants.
3. Must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Must be able to frequently move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
