Care New England Health System is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and plate meals for dining room and patient services under supervision of the Cook II/Executive Chef. You will follow standardized recipes, production sheets and HACCP records to ensure quality and safety.
Responsibilities include grilling, inventory control, and assisting with catered events. Strong English skills and ability to follow directions are required. This is an on-site hospital position based in Rhode Island.
Responsible for preparing food for dining room and for patients under the direction of the Cook II/Executive Chef.
High School Diploma is required. Vocational/technical training and a minimum of one years job-related experience required. Must be able to follow directions, both oral and written. Must be able to read and write, use simple arithmetic, and keep simple records. Proficiency in the English language required.
