Position: Cook

Our chefs create culinary journeys with innovative, trend-setting menus, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the highest food safety standards.

Reports to: Chef/Sous Chef/Executive Chef

Supervises: Prep-Cooks, Helpers

Essential Functions:

1. Leadership, management, and accountability
2. Passion for gourmet food
3. Compliance with all food safety regulations
4. Ability to read and execute recipes
5. Clean and sanitize stations
6. Maintain waste logs for financial review
7. Complete FSQ logs in real time
8. Follow batch recipes using proper tools

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ability to interpret instructions and food specifications
• Knowledge of food and hygiene standards
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate (e.g., SERV Safe)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Experience in airline catering is a plus
