Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team and serve residents with care and consistency. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen while building positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a home-like dining experience.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of cooking experience in hospitality or healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handler permit as required by state law/standards.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, guides, logs.

Responsibilities

• Join kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for residents.

• Understand dining in a restaurant-style atmosphere can be a highlight for residents.
