Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking experienced cooks for our Waterford community to support dining services for residents.

You will join the kitchen staff in preparing meals, building positive relationships with residents and coworkers, and contributing to a restaurant-style dining experience that can brighten a resident's day. The role emphasizes clean, safe kitchen practices and following recipes and logs to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a cook in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handler permit as required by state law and/or company standards.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers.
• Understand that dining in the restaurant-style atmosphere can be the highlight of our residents’ day.
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
