Allina Health is looking for an overnight/evening hospital cook to prepare meals for patients, staff and guests in the café and tray line. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain food safety practices and ensure timely, appetizing dishes for diverse diets.
The role requires 18+ with a culinary-focused education, up to 2 years in food service, and potential certification in food safety. Evening shifts and weekend rotations are included with comprehensive benefits.

Responsible for the preparation of all food served to patients, staff and customers. Uses proper cooking, cooling and reheating techniques to ensure food safety.
Medium Work: Lifting weight up to 50lbs. occasionally, up to 25lbs. frequently.
Pay Range: $22.49 to $29.25 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
