Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a dedicated cook for full-time hours. You will prepare hot foods for patient trays, café, and events, including entrees, vegetables, starches, and bakery items.

Full-time 40 hours a week, 8-hour Rotating Shifts (rotating 8-hour shifts can vary from 4 a.m. to an end time of 8 p.m.). Up to $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for qualified candidates.
Prepares all hot foods for patient trayline, café, and functions including (but not limited to) entrees, vegetables, starches, and bakery items. PACE specific incumbents for this position require a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.32 - $29.73 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
