Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Sunrise Lake, PA invites you to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and serve meals per standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, follow dietary modifications, and help maintain clean storage and equipment while upholding food safety standards.

As part of a values-driven care community, you’ll contribute to a positive resident experience, support dishwashing and dining service, and, when needed, lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range

19.65 - 24.65
