Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare and serve meals following standardized recipes and menus in our dining facilities.

You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with dietary requirements and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean kitchen and accurate production records. When needed, you will support dining service and lead production in the coordinator's absence.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Pay Range

19.65 - 24.65
