Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking an on-site cook in Shrewsbury, MO to prepare meals for priests and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen.
The role offers full-time or part-time hours with rotating shifts 6:30am–12:30pm and 2:00pm–6:00pm. Uniforms and meals are included; benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, PTO and 403B. Vaccination against Hepatitis A is required or obtainable at employer cost.

This is an on-site Cook position located in Shrewsbury, MO. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space for our retired priests to live in community with one another.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, following recipes, and keeping the kitchen clean and well‑organized. They will ensure that food is delivered on time and is of high quality. They will maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times and will follow food health and safety procedures. They will complete all daily job responsibilities and assist other team members when needed.
Schedule: This position is for a full time or part time cook who will work a rotating schedule. The schedule will vary based on your availability and our staffing needs. Shifts are 10 hours: 6:30 am–12:30 pm and 2 pm–6:00 pm. Meals are served 3 times a day, 7 days per week.
Compensation: Hourly. Uniforms and meals are included.
Benefits: Full time and half time new hires are eligible for generous benefits packages on first day of hire, including health, dental & vision insurances, paid time off and 403B retirement.
Vaccination Requirement: Must have or be willing to obtain at employer's cost a full series Hepatitis A vaccination as required by the St. Louis County Health Department.
