As a Line Cook, you will deliver exceptional Guest Services as part of our Food & Beverage - Culinary team, responsible for all food preparation at the hotel. The Culinary team plays a crucial role in guest satisfaction by crafting memorable dining experiences. Your dedication to providing visually appealing and delicious culinary creations will leave lasting impressions.

Essential Job Functions
  • Equip workstations with essential products and culinary equipment for efficient production and service
  • Complete prep work for soups, sauces, salads, and ingredients efficiently
  • Ensure proper product storage and portion control
  • Minimize spoilage and waste through effective rotation
  • Monitor food and supply levels for timely reordering
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work areas and refrigeration
Physical Demands
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull loads up to 50 lbs
  • Work in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and stand/move throughout the shift
  • Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred
  • Minimum 1 year cook experience in a hotel or similar operation
  • Managers Food Handlers Certification required
  • Basic math skills for recipes and measurements
