As a part of our team, you'll help deliver our mission by joining a group of dedicated professionals who aim to grow our brand and uphold its legacy. Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to company recipes and specifications.

Requirements

• Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Reliable transportation

Our Line Cooks are responsible for:

• Ensuring guests have an excellent experience through high-quality food preparation and presentation with recipe adherence
