Job summary

Cabo Bob’s in San Antonio is seeking a Line Cook who will prepare fresh menu items and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You will work as part of a friendly team focused on guest satisfaction and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Properly setting up and taking down cook station
• Cooking raw and prepared foods
• Properly labeling, dating, and filling pans
• Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining refrigerators and hot boxes, and grills
• Taking inventory and stocking/restocking itemsCommunicating with fellow staff members to ensure fresh quality products
• Adjusting to high-pressure situations
• Understanding and complying with food safety and temperature standards
• Maintaining a professional and calm demeanor always

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler certificates
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Able to multitask and organize
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
