You will prepare meals for residents according to recipes, dietary guidelines, and production sheets, delivering high-quality dining experiences in a compassionate senior living setting. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and sanitation, ensuring proper portioning and presentation, and collaborating with teammates to minimize waste while meeting residents’ dietary

Qualifications

• Prior food production experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math skills for portioning and food preparation.
• Working knowledge of special diets and food safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in following recipes, instructions, and dietary guidelines.
