Job Description

Our cooks prepare high-quality, nutritious meals in compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. Success requires being quick, diligent, able to follow instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and efficient food service department
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic food production skills, meeting quality standards
• Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Current food handler's permit or ability to obtain one
• Knowledge of special diets and large group meal preparation preferred
• Safe food handling techniques
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Teamwork and flexibility in shifts
• Effective communication skills
