Job summary

First Atlantic Healthcare in Maine is seeking a part-time Cook to join our busy Dietary Services team. You will prepare appetizing, healthful meals for our Residents, coordinating with other departments to meet diet and nutrition needs.

The role requires strong communication, several years of related food service experience, and leadership when supervising staff. Education is an associate’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree preferred, not required.
• Experience: Two years related food service experience preferred.
• Leadership: Position may need leadership skills and experience, if supervising staff.
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
