The Arbor Company is hiring a Full-Time Cook at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park to prepare and deliver high-quality meals for residents in a caring, safe environment.

Shifts run 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with pay ranging from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour based on experience. Join a supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, or similar environment (culinary training is a plus).
• Understands food safety, sanitation, and proper cooking techniques.
• Experience with special diets (preferred).
• Ability to prepare meals for large groups (100+ guests is a plus).
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Takes pride in serving others with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh, high-quality meals using established recipes and menus.
• Following special diet modifications and portion guidelines.
• Assisting with food deliveries, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization.
• Maintaining sanitation, food safety, and regulatory standards.
• Working closely with the Dining Director to ensure smooth meal service.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
