In this role, you will:
Prepare fresh, high-quality meals using established recipes and menu cycles
Accommodate special diets and dietary modifications with attention to detail
Assist with food deliveries, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
Work closely with the Dining Director and kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service
Help create an enjoyable dining experience our residents look forward to every day
Previous cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
Culinary training or experience in hospitality, senior living, or food service
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, portion control, and kitchen operations
Experience with large batch cooking preferred
Experience with special diets or long-term care dining is a plus
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Passion for hospitality and serving others
