Job summary

Arc at Normal is seeking a Cook to support food service operations in a care setting. The role focuses on preparing meals according to menus and safety standards, ensuring quality and timely service to residents.

The Cook will review menus, assist in planning regular and special diet menus, and help maintain sanitation guidelines while contributing to a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• One (1) year dietary/food experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred but not required.
• Must have State Food Service Sanitation certification.
• Food Sanitation License preferred.
