Job Description

Join our culinary team as a Culinary Artisan and play an essential role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you excel in savory dishes or sweet creations, this role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

  • Convert recipes and standard measurements to daily requirements.
  • Assist Cook II, Cook I, and the Executive Chef with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Review function sheets, requisitions, and special requests to prepare task lists.
  • Practice good stock rotation, storage, and handling to minimize waste and spoilage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Order supplies as needed, initiate requisitions, and complete work orders to maintain the physical plant.

Qualifications

  • Formal training or education in culinary arts.
  • At least one year of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision to ensure high-quality presentation of pastries and desserts.
