Job summary

Quail West in Naples, FL is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team and deliver high-quality menu items with consistency. This full-time hourly role offers a pay rate of $26–$27/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and more.

• Assist with inventory and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Work closely with the culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
