As a Cook for Pizza Inn, you will be responsible for learning the tasks associated with various positions. You are expected to:
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance

Buffet Captain
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up prep area and equipment for vegetable prep
- Accurately prepare vegetables, make backups, and rotate/store all prepped items
- Check Pull/Thaw Chart and rotate freezer foods as needed
- Prepare meats according to Make Table Prep Chart and sales needs
- Maintain a clean, fresh, and varied buffet
- Label, store, and rotate buffet products correctly
- Keep buffet bar clean and organized
Cut Pack
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow "clean as you go" policy
- Sample all products and be able to describe them
- Identify product abbreviations, presentations, descriptions, and key ingredients
- Cut and pack all Dine Inn, buffet, and delivery orders
- Minimize waste and control food costs
- Complete side work duties
- Open and close station properly
- Perform additional responsibilities during slow times and peak hours
Pizza Maker
Job Requirements:
- Understand Portion Control Charts and make full/add portions
- Prepare all specialty pizzas correctly
- Use scales for portioning
- Read guest checks and POS monitors accurately
- Follow Buffet Rotation Chart
- Follow proper baking procedures
- Produce consistent products
- Know and prepare all specialty items
- Understand product shelf life and storage locations
- Implement FIFO, flip, fill, and restocking procedures
- Label items correctly
- Minimize waste and control food costs
- Complete side work duties
- Open and close station correctly
Dough Maker
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor dough quality and alert management of issues
- Follow proper procedures for making different dough types
- Understand post-mix preps
- Use correct weights for all dough
- Read and follow par charts
- Label all dough properly
