Job summary

Snow Mountain, LLC in Lassen Volcanic National Park is seeking a Culinary Team Member to support our guest-centric dining program. You will prepare items per corporate recipes, maintain sanitation, and contribute to an outstanding hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively interact with various personality types.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, spending the majority of the shift on your feet and in close proximity to others.
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook to uphold the approved menu and exceed guest service expectations.
• Embrace a positive, can-do attitude as a valued member of our efficient and highly motivated culinary team.
• Follow defined Company recipes and Safe Food Handling procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Complete all required food and safety logs promptly, adhering to Company procedures and regulatory standards.
• Obtain ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification in accordance with F&B company policy.
• Adhere to time and attendance policies, being flexible to work a variety of shifts, including day, night, weekend, and holiday schedules.
• Understand and uphold the Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, Health and Safety standards, policies, goals, and initiatives.
