Job summary

Provincial Senior Living, proudly part of the Discovery Senior Living family of operating companies, is looking for a Cook to join our team. The role involves preparing hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service lines.

You will ensure proper portioning and serving according to menu cycles and recipes, and taste-food to ensure quality and palatability. Qualifications include prior Senior Living experience and knowledge of production methods, portion control and food

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
