Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join their team in a vibrant senior living environment. The role focuses on preparing hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line, while ensuring proper portioning and adherence to standardized recipes.

The ideal candidate has prior Senior Living experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and presentation. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line;
