Schedule & Compensation

• Status: Full-time
• Shifts: 6am-2:30pm
• Every other weekend and every other holiday are required
• No late nights!
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Description

• Assist in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cook items ensuring optimal food quality, e.g., scrambled eggs, french fries, vegetables, fish, etc.
• Follow “counts” designated on production sheets as written.
• Inform the Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs modification and notify them of potential shortages.
• Instruct attendants regarding menu offerings and/or menu changes.
• Practice standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
• Six (6) months prior experience.
