Description

Our hours of operation are 6:00am - 2:00pm.

The Line Cook works with a team to provide excellent, delicious, and consistently prepared food in a fast-paced environment. The role involves proficiently cooking recipes at five stations and prepping all ingredients. Food safety and ServSafe procedures are critical, and familiarity with these regulations is required. The team member maintains a positive attitude during busy shifts and assists fellow cooks and the Kitchen Manager. Great service, attitude, and teamwork are essential traits.

Job Activities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Cook menu items collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Clean stations and kitchen
• Manage inventory appropriately
• Ensure high-quality, timely food output
• Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers
• Complete temperature logs and cleaning checklists
• Participate in all kitchen roles, including dishwashing when needed

Requirements

• Proven cooking experience, including as a line or prep cook
• Familiarity with kitchen terminology
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipment
