Cook Overview:

This position is responsible for cooking large volumes of food for events such as meetings and weddings, as well as preparing items for an à la carte kitchen. Responsibilities include reading food tickets and banquet event orders, assisting the Executive Chef with ordering, inventory, and food prep, and maintaining knowledge of sanitation, nutrition, allergies, and cross-contamination.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are set up and stocked.
2. Preparing meals in a timely and professional manner.
3. Compiling and assessing inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
4. Maintaining and following all health and safety guidelines.
