Job summary

Vantage Point Retirement Living in Exton, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Cook who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our senior residents. You will prepare meals using standardized recipes, coordinate with service hours, and maintain food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items utilizing standardized recipes.
• Determine food and supplies needed.
• Coordinate meal production with service hours.
• Monitor food items for temperature, taste, and quality.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving per menu cycle and recipes.
• Oversee proper food storage procedures.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties.
• Maintain food safety equipment and temperature records.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description of responsibilities:
