Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors as well sanitizing the dish machine.
• Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Receives deliveries of food and non-perishable supplies under the direction of culinary services director/cook.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
