Job summary

Saint Luke's is seeking a part-time Nutrition Service team member to participate in daily workflow in the Nutrition Service Department, including preparation, delivery or service to customers. The role covers set up, food handling, sanitation and inventory control to ensure product rotation and proper labeling.

Shifts are four 10-hour days weekly (Monday-Thursday), starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year Food Handlers Permit - Jackson County Health Department.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in Nutrition Service workflow including preparation, delivery or service to customers.
• Set up, food preparation, clean up and sanitation of work areas, dishes, wares or equipment.
• Inventory control, product rotation, proper labeling and safe food handling practices.
• Accountable for operations when the Manager and Work Leaders are not available.
