Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare is seeking a Cook to join our Food Services team in Jonesboro. You will prepare and cook meals following the daily menu and work with management to adjust menus as needed.

You will help maintain inventory levels with the Director of Food Services and support cafeteria, kitchen and dish room cleanliness. Job Objective/Summary:

The Cook is a key player on our Food Services team. The cook responsible for preparing and cooking great tasting meals. The cook follows a daily menu and confers with management team when menu changes are required. The cook also works with the Director of Food Services to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. The cook will also assist other Food Services team members with cleaning of the cafeteria, kitchen and dish room.

Job Educations, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred Must have the ability to read, write, take verbal instruction and perform basic arithmetic.
