OverviewPerforms daily kitchen duties to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment while providing quality service to patients, residents, customers, and partners. Prepares food according to menus, orders, dietary requirements, standardized recipes, and portion controls, ensuring meals are appetizing, palatable, and attractively presented. Minimizes waste by properly utilizing leftovers and labels and dates food products for storage.
