Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Cook for its dining services. You will prepare meals for residents following standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and comply with dietary needs while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

You will record temperatures and production quantities, assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed, and may lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing meals per standardized recipes and menus.
• Ability to follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Maintain records of production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen spaces.
