As part of our hotel kitchen, you will prepare and cook menu items, set up stations, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant team to support breakfast, lunch, banquet, and dinner

Qualifications

• Experience with cooking techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a hotel/restaurant setting.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
• Assist with inventory, food storage, and kitchen organization
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant team members
• Support breakfast, lunch, banquet, and dinner operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Grill Cook, Breakfast Cook, or Restaurant Cook preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds
