This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of $100 when working an average of 35 hours per week over the quarter, paid after the quarter ends.

Essential Functions

1. Properly prepare orders following company standards for portions, recipes, and timing.
2. Store, date, and rotate stock according to "first in, first out" standards.
3. Follow proper cutting board standards to prevent cross-contamination and manage allergen programs.
4. Collaborate effectively with team members and assist as needed.
5. Stand and walk 100% of the time.
6. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
7. Work in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees.
8. Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
