Job summary

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hammonton, NJ is hiring a Cook to join our food service team. The role involves preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods, plus baking rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies.

We require Serv Safe or Sodexo healthcare cooking certification, at least one year of large-scale cooking experience, and a strong team spirit with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Certification in healthcare cooking (SERV Safe or Sodexo)
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in large-scale cooking
• Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep
• Must be able to do some physical work
• Should be a strong team player
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director
