Job summary

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents. You will prepare meal trays, serve meals, and help maintain dining room and kitchen sanitation.

Shifts are 3 pm - 8 pm with split weekends; both full-time and part-time positions are available. Hourly rates start at $15.49 with benefits or $16.54 without benefits, per the posted options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dietary, food service, or related experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Team-player mentality and reliability.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.

DUTIES:

• Prepare meal trays according to resident diet orders
• Serve meals in the dining room and on units
• Set up, portion, and deliver food and beverages
• Collect trays and clean meal service areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen & food prep areas
• Follow dietary guidelines and infection-control standards
• Restock supplies and notify supervisor when items run low
• Report equipment or safety concerns promptly

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of dietary, food service, or related experience
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Team-player mentality
• Must be able to work weekends
