Quest Food Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Cook I for our school cafeteria. You will prepare and present menu items according to Quest standards and assist in daily kitchen operations, including bulk and catering prep, receiving deliveries, and food safety compliance.

You will support cold prep, salad, and grab-and-go production, serve on the hot line, and help maintain a clean, efficient service line for students and staff.

• Assists customers and maintains line in a consistent and professional manner.
• Assist in cold prep, salad and grab & go production with recipes.
• Serve food on the hot line.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries.
